Carriers are selected automatically based on your location, availability, and the selected shipping speed.
Expedited Shipping Options
At checkout, you can choose to upgrade to expedited or priority shipping.
We offer express services through Canada Post, Purolator, and UPS.
Delivery times and shipping fees for expedited options vary by location and carrier availability.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
You can track your shipment directly using the carrier’s website or the Shop app:
PO Boxes & Remote Locations

Orders addressed to PO Boxes are shipped via Canada Post only

Deliveries to remote or northern locations may take longer and, in some cases, may incur additional fees depending on accessibility
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
If your order is:

Marked as delivered but not received

Arrives damaged
Please contact us at support@emilyloran.ca within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to:

Keep all original packaging

Provide photos (if damaged)
We will coordinate with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
Important: We are not responsible for shipments lost or delayed due to:

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless your order arrives damaged or incorrect

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error (see our Return & Refund Policy)
