Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.
To qualify for a return, the item must:

Be unused, unworn, and in original condition

Include all original packaging, tags, and any accessories (e.g. dust bag)

Be accompanied by a proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Note: Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
How to Start a Return

Email us at support@emilyloran.ca with your order number and reason for return

Our team will respond within 1 business day with return instructions and the return address

Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method of your choice

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

If the return is due to our error (e.g. incorrect, defective, or damaged item), we will provide a prepaid return label
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

We will provide a prepaid return label and offer a replacement or full refund at no cost to you
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges.
If you wish to order a different item, please:

Submit a return for the original item (if eligible)

Place a new order for the desired item separately
European Union Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason, without justification.
Eligible items must:

Be unused, unworn, and in original condition

Include tags, packaging, and proof of purchase
Please follow the same return process outlined above.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified of the refund approval status.
If approved:

A refund will be issued to your original payment method

Please allow 7–10 business days after approval for the refund to be processed

Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the funds
